Our front end sales team has continuous support from the technical pre-sales team, which understands the client's requirements and helps them choose the right solutions. Then there are the dedicated field support teams that provide systems, hardware and networking solutions, software and O/S support as well as communication, power and datacenters. Another technical team supports escalations on hardware and software of technical personnel from the field maintenance group.
We impart regular in-house training so that the sales and support teams remain updated about the latest developments in their respective fields. This institutionalized training helps to improve their competence levels and increases their skill sets to match the fast-changing nature of the IT industry.
